Tenet REWARDS is a Tenet-sponsored employee discount program. All employees are automatically eligible to receive discounts on products and services from national companies as well as neighborhood stores. Education

Our .edu program is a continuing education initiative that provides Tenet employees with leadership and technical education to help them advance in the clinical and management areas of their careers. These courses include a combination of traditional teacher-led courses and online classes that employees can take at their convenience.

Leaders Program

Tenet Leaders is a corporate-sponsored leadership development program. These customized lessons help directors, managers and supervisors build leadership skills so they’re prepared to take on leadership roles within Tenet.

Residency and Fellowship

West Boca Medical Center is part of a consortium of hospitals that participate in the Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. The working partnership intends to add residencies in various disciplines as the need arises.
